How to obtain your request

You will receive an email when your request is ready. Items will be available for pickup within 2 hours between the hours of 10am and 5pm each weekday, excluding holidays. Requests placed after 5:00 pm will be available the next morning. Please contact us using our Ask a Question form if you need to make special arrangements or accommodation. Your item(s) will be bagged and waiting for you and a member of the library staff will be monitoring the door at those times and will hand them to you.

Faculty and staff at remote locations may also use this process to have physical items mailed to their remote work or home address. Patrons are responsible for returning the materials either in person or via parcel service.

We will continue to support electronic delivery of chapters or portions of physical items from our collections. Please continue to submit those requests via our Interlibrary Loan service.
