The U.S. State Department requires a check for the passport. ESF accepts credit cards for the $35 application fee.

- Adults Age 16 & Over:
$30.00 passport fee to US Department of State plus $35.00 application fee to SUNY ESF
- Children Age 15 & Under:
$15.00 passport fee to US Department of State plus $35.00 application fee to SUNY ESF
Fees for Passport Book ONLY:
- Adults Age 16 & Over:
$130.00 passport fee to US Department of State plus $35.00 application fee to SUNY ESF
- Children Age 15 & Under:
$100.00 passport fee to US Department of State plus $35.00 application fee to SUNY ESF
