Large Scale Hand Drawn Architectural Garden Plans
The hand drawn architectural garden plans we have of Steele's vary in size from as small as 6 inches x 6 inches to as large as 3 feet x 4 feet. These plans are on tracing paper and in pencil. Work is being done to digitize these plans. Currently one case holds a collection of 500 plans. The case these are organized so the plans fit side by side in each drawer - thus the drawer number and then the location refer to the left or right depending on what side of the drawer they are on.
These plans have been digitized and are available to search and view in New York Heritage https://www.nyheritage.org/
