The guide below will walk you through the steps to set up your Pivot-RP account at ESF Moon Library. If youcame to this guide in error or already have your account set up, proceed to PivotRP.
PivotRP can be accessed from the main Moon Library Page, under the Faculty Services Menu.
Click Funding.
When you access Pivot-RP, it will ask you to sign in. You will use shibboleth and your ESFID to log in as you do for other services.
Choose SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry from the list. It will take you the familiar ESFID login in page.
You may be asked to authentication with Duo.
On your first login to Pivot-RP, you will be asked to create your account.
Fill out the fields with your information, using your ESF email and chose SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry as your institution.
You will be taken to a page to claim your profile. Pivot-RP may send you an email to verify your account. If the email does not arrive as expected, check your Junk folder.
Pivot-RP will attempt to match your account with one that as already been associated with you.
It may ask you to chose your account from a list of potentials.
