Friends of Moon Library: About the Friends

About the Friends

The Friends of Moon Library is a service organization established in 1986. Its purpose as described in the bylaws is: to promote the cause of the F. Franklin Moon Library by stimulating awareness about the Library, giving visibility to its services, and augmenting current programs.

The Friends’ activities have included recognition of student workers, small grants for graduate student research, purchase of special library materials as well as recognition of campus scholars.
